Please Be Sure To Complete Before Class

All events and classes must be registered and paid in advance.

• If payment is not made in full prior to your scheduled date, we cannot honor and secure the date of your event.

• Any changes to a menu are required 2 weeks prior to your special occasion.

• A final head count must be confirmed 5 days prior to the date of your party.

• We will always try our best to accommodate even the most immediate need, like unplanned guest on the day of your celebration.​

Waiver

Prior to an event, waivers are required for all participants under 18 years attending culinary classes. Parents are responsible to provide waivers (see below↓) for students under 18 years of age. No exceptions.

Dress Code

For the safety of our staff and students, a strictly enforced dress code is required;

• Non-slip, closed toed shoes required. 

• No baggy or oversized clothing.

• Dangling jewelry on wrists or necks prohibited.

Arrival

• ​​Everyone, including the event family, should arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. This will allow our staff to

  1. ​Collect waivers

  2. Review safety rules and

  3. Respect the time of another event that maybe in session.

  4. EXCEPTION: Decorations are not included in the party package donation. If you are hosting an event, you can arrange to arrive 30-minutes early to decorate.​​​​

• ​Birthday parties are drop-off only. Due to safety restriction/guest limitation per event, no one is permitted to stay onsite, with the exception of the guest, guest of honor and parent(s).

Cancellation

Reschedule | Missed | Make Up

You are required to notify Youthage Culinary Specialist in advance if a registered class/event is missed or needs to be rescheduled. Donations are non refundable. No notification. No make up. ​All make ups must be completed within 60 days from the missed registered class/event. As always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation.

Promotional Code

The current promo code is offered to students that register for the Tiny Chef, Junior Chef, and Senior Chef classes taught on site (at Youthage Culinary Specialist, located downtown Waukegan, IL). All Promo Codes are applied at checkout.​

• SIBLING - A 20% discount for two or more sibling that sign-up.

• MILITARY10 - A 10% military discount to families with parents who have, or are currently serving.
